7.2 Damaged Packages
• If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of receipt at orders@brandrobear.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Returns Due to Unclaimed Packages
• Unclaimed Packages: If a package is unclaimed and returned to our facility, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
9. Delivery Delays
